Shipping and Delivery

• If not otherwise stated, orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Currently, we offer a standard worldwide flat-rate shipping of 4.95€. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

• Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs in your region.

• Orders are shipped from Slovenia. The buyer is responsible for all possible import charges and duties.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.

• To request a return, please contact us at matej@kebrinhodesign.com with proof of the issue.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Custom Products: Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
